Spit Roast Rotisserie
Suitable for roasting pigs, lambs, venison, poultry and joints with our adaptive spit system.
The ALL 2mm stainless steel monocoque unit is seam welded to allow positive access to all parts as hygiene is paramount when preparing foodstuffs.
The electrics are 240 volt domestic supply but as with any electrical appliance, should be protected with a circuit breaker when used outside.
Heating is via a propane burner which is tested prior to delivery and a corgi gas certificate is issued with each machine.
